Pine Tree Orthopedic Lab is proud to offer custom manufactured orthotics with exceptional quality at a fair price. Each orthotic is hand-crafted over a patient model to maximize functionality while maintaining comfort and proper fit. As with any Pine Tree Orthopedic Lab product, you can rest assured that only the highest quality materials are used in our orthotics. This will ensure years of comfort for your patient.
At Pine Tree Orthopedic Lab, we want to put the control back in the practitioner’s hands. Choose from our several Lab Standards below or make your own combination using our “A La Carte” system to produce the orthotic that you want. Simply select the base, padding, and top cover that you are most comfortable with, and we will take care of the rest! At Pine Tree Orthopedic Lab, the possibilities are endless!

Functional Orthotics

“PT Control”

Choose from semi-rigid or rigid polypropylene to control the level of support needed. All functional orthotics can include a wide variety of accomodations such as met pads, morton’s extensions, lateral clips and much more. In addition, each device can be crafted with intrinsic or extrinsic posting based on your preference and the needs of the patient.

Accomodative Orthotics

“Cirrus” and "Classic"

Endless possibilities are available through our lab. Choose the materials and durometer that best suit your patient’s needs. We offer EVA in multiple durometers as well as Bio-Cork and the NORA ® family of advanced EVAs. Plastazote, met pads, lesion balances, flanges, and posting are also available in our accomodative orthotics.
